What do I like about Roy's portrait of me? Everyone says he's got my character bang to rights, which is great. But it is the details I like so much. The way my watch hangs slightly too far down my rist, the corner of the newspaper sticking out of of the cushion, the chair caster that's askew, the creases on my shirt and jeans, my wonky shoe laces, the smartness of my jacket contrasting with my general raffishness. I look confortable, relaxed and happy - and thats how the picture makes me feel!.
